故障描述:
用户UTT 2512和Hiper2620之间建立L2TP VPN,VPN已建立,但是发现ping对方的LAN口IP地址,发现Ping不通。
故障现象:
1.在分部的UTT2512的路由器上ping总部路由器的LAN口地址是可以通的

1.在分部UTT2512上查看路由表

3.发现问题所在,发现去往对端内网的IP是192.168.15.0这个网段的
192.168.15.0/24 10.10.10.12 ptp3 lug 60 1 0 1990

然后,查看UTT2512的路由器上VPN配置
4.查看HiPER2620路由器上VPN配置
5.检查用户配置的远端内网地址,发现用户配置成192.168.15.1,所以造成ping不通对方内网,在总部的VPN配置将去住远端内网地址修改为192.168.1.168后就可以了。
测试结果:
